Coco la Vie offers handmade jewelry, hand-selected objects, creative experiences, and digital products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, experience, or service at any time without notice.

All pieces are offered in limited quantities. We do not guarantee availability.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

We accept payments through Square and Stripe, both secure third-party processors.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess each case individually.

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only, using USPS as our official carrier. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Each piece is made or assembled by hand specifically for the person who purchases it.

Because of this, orders may take up to 7 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup is available in Miami, Florida, by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate a pickup time and location based on availability.

If you select local pickup and later change your mind, you must pay for USPS shipping before we release the order—no exceptions.

7. CREATIVE EXPERIENCES

We offer intentional, hands-on experiences and workshops designed to connect you with your creativity.

Booking & Payment:

To reserve your experience, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the experience, prior to its start.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled experience, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

• If you cancel within 72 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.

If we must cancel or reschedule the experience due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
